MY STORY
My work is shaped by two parallel paths: leadership and resilience.
Professionally, I’ve spent over 15 years in technology leadership, organizational strategy, and consulting, helping businesses navigate complexity across people, processes, and systems. I’ve worked inside organizations, alongside executive teams, and in high-pressure environments where clarity isn’t optional, it’s required.
Personally, I spent over a decade caregiving for my mother after a life-altering autoimmune disease that caused her to become quadriplegic, while working full-time and continuing my education. That season taught me something no leadership book ever could; uncertainty doesn’t remove responsibility. It clarifies it.
You don’t get to control everything.
You do get to control how you respond, decide, and move forward.
That belief sits at the core of everything I teach.
