At 23, I became my mom’s full-time caregiver while building a career in technology. At 26, I went back to college full-time too. People still ask how I did it all. The answer is systems.
That instinct carried me through 20+ years leading technology and operations teams, and it’s what I bring to yours. I’m laid back, hands-on, and I lead every engagement myself.
